Firefox problem

i cant change the add-on.
the ok button in the tools, option.startup page doesnt response at all.

sorry, i will be more specific.
whenever i start firefox two tabs always appear.
besides my homepage the other tab is mozilla's "you have been updated to the latest firefox" page.

If yes, what happens when you click? Firefox hangs?
