I've transferred my SIM contacts to my new Samsung F330. However, the name seems to be wierd. For example, I used to save this friend's name, Jun Hao, in my contact list. However, my phone view his name as Hao;Jun/1. Now whenever I wanna find my friend's name in my contact name, I have to search with the second part of their name, for the above example, I search Jun Hao's contact my typing H and not J. Anyway to solve this other than re-entering all my friend's contacts? I cant seem to find an option to solve this.
no other way....u tried keying in the numbers?
Did u enter "Hao" into the 2nd field(Last Name)?
I used to enter the Hao in the 2nd field. I enter it as Jun Hao previously.

So now is the "Jun Hao" all in the 1st field?
It appear as Hao;Jun/1.
Im referring to the name placement when u first create a contact of him.
During the creation of his contact, did you enter "Jun Hao" all into the 1st field(First name) or split "Hao" into the 2nd field(Last name)?
Oh. I entered everything in the first field. There's no second field if I'm not wrong.

Strange...i think u have to check ur manual or Samsung Service Centre for help.
OT:Is the F330's touch-sensitive buttons good and very sensitive?

the buttons are a little too sensitive, espcially alot of people will press the right "soft" key that goes W@P
Still no solution?
