  Could anyone inform me on how do i get screenshots off television shows?

  Do i have to connect my laptop to the tv?

  you need a TV card. connect it to your pc and you can do the captures from there.

  Do you know how much a tv card cost?

  All you need to do is just insert the card in ur com? What does the card do? Let you watch the shows on ur com?

  either a tv card or a usb tv tuner

  cost about $65 to $120 (dpnd on brand)
