I would recc those who have expired antivirus softwares/ pirated ones/ cracked ones ect to change to this.

Steps:
- 1. Follow this link (http://www.natwest.com/microsites/personal/latest_deals/index.asp?referrer=online) and click banner that says “Free PC Security Protect your PC for 12 months with McAfee VirusScan Plus”
- Register an account
- Enter first name, last name, email address, password and click I Agree button. Your password must contain at least one letter and one number.
- When you’re at the receipt page, click Go to My Account button.
- You should see that McAfee VirusScan Plus being listed at the account’s page. Click the download/install icon.
6. Scroll right to the bottom of the page and click I Agree button
7. Click Download button and you’ll download DMSetup.exe which is in 621KB size.
8. Run DMSetup.exe when download completes. McAfee download manager should automatically log you in and find that you have McAfee VirusScan Plus in your account, then just click Download button.
Note: Sometimes you might get a message saying No programs are available to install from this account. You’ll need to log in again.
10. Wait for the McAfee download manager to finish downloading McAfee VirusScan Plus. The total file size should be around 38MB.
11. Once finished downloading, click Install and follow the on-screen instruction.
Thats all enjoy your 365 day Full License with full updates.

It's known as McCrappy... because like Norton, it sucks resources. Compared with Norton, the antivirus isn't as good... however I like their firewall. It's one of the best I ever used.
With McAfee Firewall and Google Earth, they are the best partners. I had loads of fun with both apps, tracing down script kiddies.

Doing a scan now, It ain good. Takes long for a scan, but at least i m protected, orrr feel protected. -

Hmmm so far been using mcafee for 4 yrs already & doesn't give any problem to my PC so overall is still good la but the firewall is damn good can trace down the farker...
