hmmm ok.. lets try again from the start.. anyone know what's wrong pls help thanks....
ok... from the tv tuner... yellow, white, red.. connected to my cable tv modem...powered by USB connected to laptop.....all this should be correct
then got a audio out from my tv tuner... connected to my mic in.....but when i on my tv tuner programme.. got visual no sound leh..... then if i play mp3 song or other programme all still got sound...
then... if i go control panel/sounds & audio devices properties/voice/voice recording and do a test hardware...the recording meter show movement.. then when i playback.. got sound from the tv programme too...so mostly it mean there is audio input too right?
that is how i am watching my tv programme now.. but this way the sound go on and off.... anyone can help.. step by step setting of the sound and audio?? like which one to choose and click? thanks
anyone? thanks.

It seems like you muted your Mic In under the sound volume controls. Try looking for that option and unmute it.
