Any good and easy to use video converter can convert Movie clip (record from cam-recorder) file to AVI file? Cos i need to use the file for the window movie maker.

you can try the media coder at http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/. It's under the GNU General Public License, so it's free and don't need to worry about watermarks or limitations.

I've used it to play my videos on my handphone and PSP and it works fine.
