If you are referring to single 2GB RAM modules, I only know those of the DDR2-667 model are in the market which cost around $60 each these days.

ddr2 667mhz 1gb -- $29.00 (2 gb would be $58)

damn... my gf bought laptop, I asked them changed one of the 1gb to 2gb, and it costs $107
