  Those with links, means that they are hard to get. Those without links, just Google. First few results are your answer.

  I like Download Express, but if you download too many files at one go, you slow the PC down to a crawl.

  Free Download Manager doesn't have this issue. Orbit Downloader only has a 10 thread limit. wxDownload Fast is my all time favourite, although it doesn't seem to be in development much.
