Help Need

  Jus I bought desktop with Vista Home

  Previously my desktop with XP

  Last time when I use XP, I can able to Video Chat with msn & skype - Audio and Video. It's nice and ok

  But now with Vista, the video chat in msn I can see only the video and audio totally zero.

  When I testing my Logitec IM viewcam, use the settings comand - audio and video ok

  And also I sign out from msn and test the audio through window messenger audio & video set up also normal

  But sign in and use the msn, video only can see

  Other end also can see the video, but audio zero

  How to solve this

  Please advice me

  Does the logitech viewcam compatible with vista ?

  Solution 1:

  Press start >> type sound recorder >> try speaking loudly, see if there is any voice bar moving.

  If it does, most prob is with the settings of your WLM and skype.

  ______________________________________________________________________________

  Solution 2 (if solution one doesnt work):

  Startbar >> right click on your volume >> Recording devices >> Under the recording tab >>Click on your Microphone>> under microphone properties see under device usage >> use this device (enable)

  Test out solution one again.
