Microsoft Outlook 2007 not starting

  Hi

  I think I crashed my Outlook by deleting me Outlook.pst file thinking that I can restart the syncing of my mail account and recover emails I deletd on outlook but still in my gmail.

  Not Outlook is not even starting because it is requesting for .pst file which I've deleted permanently.

  I can't even recover the .pst file with the recovery programmes out there...

  Help.....

  Very clever.

  Answer - Repair Outlook.

  1. On the Help menu, click Office Diagnostics.
  2. Click Continue, and then click Start Diagnostics.

  I managed to start Outlook again somehow by clicking 'Open' instead of 'Cancel' when it prompt me for the file.
  But any idea how to make it resynce with my gmail? I lost like all mails until the most recent ones...

  After you've repaired Outlook, create a Gmail account in Outlook and download all the mails again.
