MSN Help!! Contact List Not Available!

Havent been able to logged in MSN for a loooong time now. I received this error:
"You cannot use Windows Live Messenger at this time because your contact list is not available.Please try again later"
Error code 81000378
Tried googling, but not much of help there....
Anyone?

yea i got super pissed too after being unable to log in for more than 10 hours.. and trying to troubleshoot, reinstall and registering stuffs. now using aMSN which was recommended... cuz i cant live w/o msn XD seems to me that tons of ppl have this problem too since like 2 days ago.
