DVD Help

  i just realised of late when i tried to burn a DVD that my DVD RW player cannot read DVDs at all, however CDs can still be read.

   

  this problem is new as i was able to read and burn DVDs previously. can anyone help? Im using BenQ DW1655.

  • On the other hand, tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it in device management?
  • Meddled with settings?
  • Can u burn cd(s)?

  already tried reinstalling drivers, still no use. tried flashing to latest firmware oso to no avail.

   

  cannot burn CDs, drive will hang half way and refuse to respond, which is the same when i tried to burn DVDs.

   

  seems like the drive up lorry liao?

  Try another CD burning software. CD BurnerXP is free.
