Specs wise, looks good. Not sure on the graphics though. The others will know better than me.
If you are really unsure, you might want to go Sim Lim and ask for the quotation of a similar build... But if you buy at Sim Lim, there won't be any onsite warranty...
For me, I don't like the idea of getting a premade one because I don't like the idea of paying for Windows... Especially the RAM consuming Vista...
GeForce 8400 wont play heavy action games well.... get a GeForce 8600GT instead. Otherwise it looks nice :D

Pros
Price wise, saving $400 is already quite a steal.
Hdd capactiy wise is more than enough, 1/2 a Tb liao. And writing speed is fast @ 7200rpm. Normal ones are at 5400rpm
Processor is quite ok. 3.0ghz core 2 duo. (can still compete with quad core in the distant future)
15 in one card reader. Less of a hassle if you wish to store/dl music to your sd or wadever cards
Wireless. If you have a wireless home connection good la. Donned to use lan, but slower.
Down:
Ram could be more, since you are using vista.
Graphics is shared graphics, not dedicated. thus graphics intense games wont do well. Worse if it's vista.
Cordless Keyboard & Optical Mouse eat battery
If you are not really a hardcore gamer, and plays games such as dota or maplestory, this desktop has enough juice to run it all. It has the capacity to store alot of data, wireless, able to burn images on cd ect.
Quite a good buy.
