On the register.php page, wait for the buttons at the bottom of the page to appear and click on å�Œæ„� (agree). (It's a T&C for member registration.) Then the page will reload with a registration form. The first field (用户å��) is asking for a username for that forum. Put gibberish if you would. Followed by a password (密ç �), a confirm password field, your e-mail address, and a "How did you find us?" aka referral field. The checkbox is for advanced but optional settings. When checked, the form is extended with those settings. Although optional, one that may deserve some attention would be "Email 地å�€å�¯è§�" which means "E-mail address visible" literally, probably meaning that they would display it under your forum profile page or something; you may want to consider unchecking that.
I will translate the e-mail address submission page once I get my IP address out of their 24-hour logs. (对�起,您的 IP 地�在 24 �时内�能注册一个��,请返回。) But from what I can remember, after submitting the registration form, there will be a link for you to click on, which will bring you to the e-mail address submission page. You simply need to type in your e-mail address on that page and select the first option for the following dropdown (it's asking you for the China city which you live in, and the first one is Beijing. I chose that personally because Peking (Beijing) roasted ducks are yummy.) Click on the Submit button and wait for an hour which you'll receive a link to view your activation code by e-mail before then.
