  If I am not wrong, what I did last time was to reinstall the whole game again. I got stuck at the same point as you during one of the patch... auto and manual patch can't work.

  First, cancel the installation

  Then open Control Panel

  There should be an InstallShield icon there

  Update InstallShield

  Then re-run the installation
