Any problems accessing overseas websites?

  Unable to load yahoo, google, etc.
  
  But ok for Sgforums...
  
  anyone else have problems?
  
  Am using singnet

  No problems
  
  Can you clear your cache and temp files
  
  Also do the following in Command Prompt (Start > Run and type in cmd)
  
  Enter each line one by one and press Enter
  
  ipconfig /renew
  ipconfig /flushdns
  exit
  
  Nothing else works, restart your computer

  zzz now i experience spikes in my download, battlenet games which connects to europe or US people. usually only have delay but since last week, start to have spike liao.
