Printer problems

  last time (for many months) i print, it comes out perfect (black and white and colour)
  
  but last week when i print, starting part there is printed perfectly, but as it goes on, there will be some lines not printed, y ar?
  
  the ink still got half left leh
  and i have been printing at least once per week
  printer is bought in june 2007

  check see whether printer heads are dirty. HP should have software that will allow you to check and retify the problem.

   couldn't find any software to check...

  how to clean the heads anyway?

  use tissue?

  Try looking for it in the disc that comes with the printer. The printer software should have a function that allows you to clean the print heads by printing a very colourful document, though it may make your blood boil if you look at the amount of ink used.

  Maybe some of the colours ran out...
