Damn..! Virus again

  Just now i accidentally accepted a link, which i suspect is a virus, from a friend in msn messenger. And im running a scan using AVG anti spyware. How do i remove it?
  
  edit: all the threat names are almost similar. Their names are TrackingCookie and their risk is at medium. There's another one with the name Adware.NewDotNet

  NewDotNet can be removed via Add/Remove Programs. Do not attempt to remove with any antispyware programs because it will break your internet connections.
  
  If you can't find it, let me know. Don't try anything funny because after connections is broken, that's your own problem. You will need a spare computer to download the fix.
