How to bypass company restriction on certain website??

  who can teach? cos i only can surf sgforums at home .. sumtime i wan go youtube see video but the java/flash is disabled by the IT admins so anyway to on it witout admin status

  If it was blocked by your sysadmins, it was done for a good reason. You shouldn't be trying to bypass them and I wouldn't be teaching you how to either But, do this, read: proxy

  you shouldnt bypass your company's policies.

  Using proxies will not allow Flash or Java to load, because those programs need addons to be installed in order to work.
  
  If system administrators have disabled addons, don't dream on of getting them to run.
  
  There are ways to bypass, but unfortunately, I will not do it.
  
  You can search online for help, but if it crashes the PC due to some bad editing, then that's none of my business.
