It's a rights (as in copyrights) group. Singapore's version is RIAS. They are the ones who will hunt you down if you download music illegally.
RIAA does the same thing, most notably in America. And in a bad way too. A lot of people hate it.
Someone might liken ODEX to RIAA. At least RIAS isn't so bad. IMO. So far all those they hunted down are those who have downloaded a lot. And uploaded a lot too. -
