  WYSIWYG - Amaya by W3C. I prefer this over Dreamweaver. Moreover, it's free and open-sourced.

  Unless during cross browser testing a lot of things screwed up, then I use a WYSIWYG editor.

  Gave up, use Dreamweaver. Too many features till I don't know how to use. Then switch over to Amaya.
