How to embed Background music and Videos into a website

FOR EMBEDING SONGS
select the song u wan and tt would prompt u to copy the file to ur webpage's folder, click yes to do that or no if u dun wan
for autoplay, Click oin the parameters, set the parameters to "autoplay" w/o quotes, then the value to "true" w/o quotes
change the width and heights to wad u want
If u do not wan autoplay, then dun do the above
When i come back i will post the screen shots for embeding flash video, i go buy food first......
to embed flash, u need to convert ur video into flash, download SUPER CONVERTER << freeware -

Do you have your website? or is it blog?
If its your own website, upload it then link it correctly
If its your blog, you need to find some place to upload it. -

A images folder, for me i also have another called webfiles, for multimedia -

actually, if ur purpose is to let the audience hear the music, just insert that song using the method i shown 1st, then add <!-- --> if u dun wan to show the player
wad u do mean by embed it in the webpage?
