  ok, i dont have any multimeter for me to test voltage on my freshly spoilt computer. NO bios beep. and unfortunately, there is no LED on my motherboard to show power on. no fan movement at all too.
  
  What does it mean the LED On/Off button just blink once at the moment i try to on my com? it doesnt blink anymore unless i power off(wait for 1 min ) and power on again.
  
  I've filtered the problem to 3 possibilities. PSU, mobo or connector wire problem...
  
  this is the first time i encounter this prob.. maybe u guys can help ^^

  maybe take out the cpu cover and check the connectors?

  not a pro but
  
  Check that the wires connecting the PSU to the hardwares are not loose
  
  motherboard batt prob?

  There should be power running through it, but I think not enough to power it up. Try getting a spare PSU to test.

  uh...it used to work with that wattage. actually wanna test psu ..my dad last week go sell my other cpu

  Since got no multimeter... it's very hard. Since no other CPU, why not buy another PSU of the same wattage? Unless it's damn old. LOL

  to know if its PSU problem....disconnect your PSU connections to your wall socket,mobo,HDD and all other drives....U find the 20pin or 24 pin power connector...use something(a paper-clip will do) to short pin 2 and 3...I believe the wire colours are green(pin 2) and black(pin 3)...then turn on the main power to the PSU...if the PSU is working...then the PSU fan should start running...if not...buy a new PSU or a new casing...depending on how old ur hardware is.

  ya going to simlim this weekend..lazy to go down simlim ..but no choice.

  used to work as asst engineer doing work that needs PSU.Good luck.

  hey, thx for helping. just wiki-ed the green wire means power on and the black is gnd.

  hopefully your PSU is new one...cos old ones can cost something like 80 bucks at sim lim....I tried sourcing for old PSU there before...if not U might as well add a bit more and get a new casing w/PSU.
