  First you will definetely need a domain.
  
  eg. www.bangbangbus.com
  
  and depends on the web package include database...
  
  also depend what you wanna host on your website. If its just information no problem.
  
  2ndly, some hosting plans limit the bandwidth of your website to a certain limit, if you wanna more bw you need to pay more...
  
  thats the most simple way i can think of. Firstly, find a hosting company.

  You can actually host a website with your computer, but i dunno if singnet allows that

  onli dl speed fast...
  
  me upload onli up to 512kbps, norm is about 300-420 then pruss all the ping lagginess no need say liao
