Burning VOB files to DVD-R problem!!

  Hi,
  
  I have a lot of VOB files to burn. Each of them is about 286~300mb. If i wanted to burn a whole mass of these files into just ONE DVD-R (4.7gb), is it possible? Is there any software that can shrink the files without compromising too much on quality?
