When I try to just plug in LAN cable from my Motorola Modem to my laptop, it doesn't work, and will take a long time to renew IP because it said something like invalid IP address and takes a long time to renew itself ( Actually its bullshit, it doesn't work at all), and I have to connect my LAN cable to linksys WRT54G v5 router and to the computer .. And I can't find my CD-ROM for the linksys driver, so I can't connect to 192.168.1.1 .. Any help ?

Switch off your modem.

Now I can access 192.168.1.1 as an admin. But problem still persists, can't connect Motorola Surfboard Modem directly to the laptop. BitComet still shows NAT Port Mapping failed. Linksys.com Any help ?

Just the quirks of Windows. Switch off your PC for half a day, switch off the modem, switch off the router.
After that, try again.
