  Both quite likely. Just go to DNSStuff.com. At the top left hand corner, you will see two IP addresses. No idea why got 2 IP addresses, even without using a proxy. The one in brackets in the proxy IP addresses that most servers see, the other is your IP address that the ISP assigned to you.
  
  One is issued by Singnet, the other one is after
  
  116.x.x.x or 121.x.x.x or 220.255.x.x [165.x.x.x]
  
  Something like that.
  
  If DNSStuff could show it, I'm pretty sure Baidu will see through.

  Not really working for numbers. I tried 183, turned up blank as well.
  
  Seems like it's Singnet doing the block, with the help of some blacklist.

  If you use the Singers or Songs listing, it works fine.

  I don't think the search results are filtered off by the ISPs, but rather by Baidu itself.
  
  Can someone on StarHub here try the proxny.com URL below, or load a Baidu page from one of the web proxies at proxy.org? I have tried them and gotten zero results (SingNet user here). If a StarHub user gets the same thing, then there will be no doubt that Baidu itself is blocking certain IP ranges from using their search page.
