  Yes. M1 users would be great. They are the opposing parties of singtel anyways

  Just sign up at icell lor. Like this I can have both Singtel and icell. But if tio block... I also don't know what to say, unless can get another icell user to test.

  Apparently, no. I've downloaded a free VPN, connected and can't download as well. Used proxies, no go.
  
  I haven't tried TOR yet. Trying to see how it works first.
  
  The VPN thing is baffling. VPN traffic is encrypted, I can't figure how Baidu managed to figure out what ISP I am from. Maybe it's not as good as it advertised.

  could it be that Singnet did nothing to block it, and the problem lies with a fault in baidu that affects only Maj of internet users in singapore, with maybe xxx rather then yyyy?

  Doesn't look like. Since VPN traffic is encrypted... the server won't be able to tell my real IP address... unless there's a way to bypass VPN. That would be another research to do.
  
  For now, I'm connected to Singnet, then to a VPN, and my searches are coming up blank. It's either VPN is useless or could be Singnet problem.
  
  Baidu blocking Singnet users I'm going to chuck aside first. Unless got more PacNet users to confirm, because PacNet is using Singnet network. I only have one PacNet user who can't get any results... not conclusive enough.
