EMails from PacNet acct rejected by Hotmail

  There's been some discussion on this. Apparently, some idiot has sent out spam or set up websites that are bad.
  
  After several checking, it points to PacNet network. Some networks started blocking it, which explains your problem.
  
  This has been going on and off, each time PacNet clear one case, another one will come. You will have to contact PacNet again to see if they know of such issues.
