Finding my static IP with only one DNS Server?

  i'm following the guide from www.portforward.com, and part of the guide says that i've to put two DNS Servers that are listed in my ipconfig/all
  
  but i only have one listed there.
  
  how?

  Starhub DNS servers.
  
  * Primary DNS: 203.116.1.78
  * Secondary DNS: 203.116.254.150
  
  But one DNS entry will do.

  hey are talking about the router's dns. normally its your router's IP address.
