  This is just for your information.
  
  The title of this thread is actually quite misleading.
  Handheld PCs usually refers to industrial PDAs from vendors like Symbol, Psion, Intermec or the old HP Jornada type PDAs with full keyboard.
  
  If you don't know what I mean, Its those gadgets the DHL, FedEx people and the dreaded Car Park Wardens carry around to key in your parcel info collected or to issue you parking offence notices.

  You can get a cheap macbook for like 1.6K with student discount or at 1.7k for full price. It comes loaded with everything you will probably need so its a good deal. Might want to wait till jan. though.

  due to TS obsession with something light...i doubt she would wanna use a macbook...its sorta heavy for a 13.3inch laptop...but if he/she would get it...wont regret one....
