Starhub got the deal for Changi's New Terminal's wireless

Hear that Starhub got the deal for Changi's New Terminal's wireless setup and it is not going to be free for all to use!!!
While wireless@sg is widely spread and being the possible going to be the state of the art airport, there is no free wireless for the users who are in the Airport, wat a sad truth. Is Starhub so hard up for money or other wise?
I got a friend who complain that Singapore Expo ISP is real lousy. Can't support other ISP's internet line. Are they just making things difficult so that the people who use Singapore Expo got no choice but to sign up a Starhub line? Think business must be real bad for a local ISP to stoop down to this level!!! hahaha... -
I just used wireless at T2 this afternoon.

you guys go terminal 3 to study?
If i am not wrong, terminal 3 will cater to mostly rich passengers who travel to and fro major cities (eg New York, Perth).
Terminal 2 caters to normal cities.
Terminal 1 caters to nearby cities like thailand's , kuala lumpur and budget airlines. Budget terminal even worse.
So most of us wont get the luxury to travel through terminal 3.
