  i've this prob last night too.
  
  Seems like there is a jam in opeining http servers.. but torrenting and playnig online games dont have prob.

  starhub is pretty good nowsadays. Last time it was slower and whenever my bro and sis connect thro their laptop, i will lag somewhat.
  
  Now with 8mbps connection, i can play most online games without much lag. (even when my sis is downloading BT, my bro is streaming tv etc...)
