Looks like some driver is unable to read the memory, so it BSOD.
Can you please do a memory test.
http://www.memtest.org/Download and burn the ISO to a CD. Make sure that before burning, tell the program to burn it as a bootable CD.
Then boot up to it and run the test.
A simple way would be to use BurnCDCC.
http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/downloads/burncdcc.zipExtract the file, double click to run it. Browse to the ISO file that you've downloaded earlier and click on Start to burn it. It will do everything nicely for you.
If the memory test results are OK, can you please check the Windows Update website for updated drivers.
