  Let me just add on that the 1Mbps maximum speed you can get is only within Singapore, meaning if you try downloading something overseas, it will depend on the overseas server.
  
  Means if you try downloading MapleStory, you should be able to reach 1Mbps provided they dont trottle your download.
  
  But if you download something from the US, i cant gurantee the speed.
  
  If you want a gauge of speeds, go http://www.speedtest.net/ and have a check.
