Got difference. If there are many computers in your home connecting to the net, you will notice better downloading now. If there is just one computer, you can hardly feel the difference. (but the max speed will definitely be increased)

use china bittorrent super fast. You can download 3 files...all at 200kb/s+ each. If download one file, is around 700kb/s+.
using maxonline (normal plan) -
i can even screenshot my utorrent, and usually you have more than 3 computer at home, then you really need 8Mbp/s

I am referring to bittorrent client. I suppose utorrent is just as good. But i prefer china bittorrent client to azuereus as i dont need to configure anything and the download is very fast. Their client got spywares though i think (but it doesnt affect me i guess) -
