ipod touch help

  ok i got probz with my ipod touch
  
  how come i connect it to my laptop got nth appear?
  
  at 1st, the balloon come out say new hardware 'Ipod'
  
  den i click it nth happen
  
  in my computer, no have also
  
  i read the manual it says need usb 2.0, my laptop has it leh
  
  any help guys?
  
  btw the ipod screen now shows the fire wire connecting to a cd with a music logo on it..
  
  pls help....

  You need to install itunes for it to be able to transfer music

  u cant use ur ipod touch as a storage device.
  it can only be recognized in itunes.

  zzz.... background is only for the unlock screen.

  we cant help you.
  
  it's like you need to find out yourself how to do this and that. You have a manual read it. Not that IT support is a Ipod "support" place.
  
  For your first problem. Just connect it into another (new) usb port. It will then show the pop up again with some blah blah stuffs to install drivers.
  
  If not, just uninstall all the drivers that you have already installed in your computer and try again.
