My PC spoilt liao......

Today, I switched on my PC... after about 15 to 20 min.. the screen image started to deteriorate.. Then I decided to reboot.. but then got the "beep beep" sound and then nothing appear on the screen. I tried many times but still "beep beep" then nothing appear leh. Now using my sis PC.
What is wrong with my PC? Is it hard disk crash or some other components that have their lifespan over?
Please advise A.S.A.P. Thanks.

yup the beep beep sound is unusual compared to normal times. normally a short beep and monitor shows the boot up wordings liao.. now is a long beep.. then stop liao.. nothing appears. -

I opened my PC and I noticed the fan at the graphic card is spoilt.. spoilt as in the rotating blade came out, hanging like that.. If fan spoilt liao, the graphic card still functional rite?

Unless you use liquid cooling all over your comp, hence no need for fans. -

functional for a while only..the heat is not going to help. -

Mine is:
1 long, 2 short Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information
What is video error? I change graphic card liao still cannot work leh. Then what is the hardware fault? -
AGP or PCI card?
If AGP, do you have extra AGP slots? It could be that slot just died from years of using. PCI should have extra slots unless all are used up.
Just swap around. -
