  lag, is never, controllable.
  if it can be controlled it wont be called lag.

  while i was playing game and needed lag, i used to go to the most populated areas and spam..

  open adobe photoshop, autocad
  chat with 20 ppl on msn at the same time
  view 2 powerpoint of each 40mb
  
  works best if u on 256mb ram
