IMO, Ubuntu has the best community right now.
I've tried Fedora, SuSE, CentOS, Gentoo and Mandriva. Overall I've had the best experience with Ubuntu mostly because of the wiki and forums.

PCLinuxOS does look good on paper though. Will download and try when I'm free.

Me go for Pardus. The only distro that can get my wireless up and working without 3rd party programs like ndiswrapper.
Quite idiot proof as well...

Actually I still prefer
Knoppix
I don't have to install it in my computer since it's a live CD.

There are lots of Live CDs around... not just Knoppix. Most distros will have such an option...
