yes the solution is.. for programs, go regional and language under control panel,then go language, change it to chinese ( taiwan ) and restart ur comp. open njwin or other chinese viewing programs.

not really...
should change to Chinese (PRC) cos you can type in hanyu pinyin. And notepad/ wordpad/ MS Office Word can also open the Chinese documents after you changed the language options.
