chinese viewer problem

  Windows by default can't display Chinese characters because it's not supported...

  yes the solution is.. for programs, go regional and language under control panel,then go language, change it to chinese ( taiwan ) and restart ur comp. open njwin or other chinese viewing programs.

  not really...
  
  should change to Chinese (PRC) cos you can type in hanyu pinyin. And notepad/ wordpad/ MS Office Word can also open the Chinese documents after you changed the language options.
