C++ Win32 TreeView Tutorial?

  Is there anyone who can link me up to a good newbie tutorial on using C++ to create a treeview?
  
  I am using Visual C++ 6.0...cannot use MFC to create my GUI...so I have to know and understand WIN32 way of creating the treeview.
  
  Anyone?
