I can't seems to post the comment leh and always get this prompt.
Your IP address (something someting) is detected as an open proxy (a common source of spam) so comment access is denied. If you do not believe you're accessing the net through an open proxy, please contact your ISP or this site's tech support to help resolve the problem.

Can someone help me? I want to post a comment on my friend's Livejournal.

Ask stupid Singapore...
We are using proxy... whether you like it or not...
Ask your friend to lower LiveJournal's spam settings... or ask him/her to approve the comments rather than using some automated tools to filter out IP addresses. -

But.
My friend's friend can post a comment leh, but I still can't post and get the same error. -

Oh Ya mayi jie. Just now I thought of using my RP VPN hor, then I go try.... Then really can leave a comment in my friend's livejournal leh.
VPN... hmm~ make a difference... -
Because it's now RP's IP address...
