  Hi,
  Above is my motherboard, what is the best graphic cards it can support if I wish to upgrade? (Can I even upgrade in the first place )

  Your current graphics card is the integrated 6100.From the spec you provided, the motherboard in an nforce4 board and should have a PCI-Express slot.
  
  Therefore you can upgrade to all the current graphics card such as Nvidia 8XXX series or ATI 3XXX series

  check if your motherboard has a PCI-e slot, some OEM boards may not have.
  Also, check the wattage of your PSU to see if it can supply enough power for your intended card.
