How to key in fraction fomula in PC

  How should i key a fraction fomula into the comp ?
  
  beside 1/2 is it possible to split them into upper and lower section with a line in between ?

  My MS word ar.. just type 1/2 and spacebar..
  
  it'll auto change to half fraction.

  it work only with 1/2 or 3/4 , complicated fomula it cannot process
