Window media player no sound

  I transfered my xiao zhu vids to my cpu and its already in mpg format
  
  but when i use Window media player to play the vid, there is no sound.
  
  so i try total video player, can play and got sound
  
  Den i convert to avi format, use window media player , same thing happen
  
  den i try DIVX player, can play and got sound
  
  WHY LIDAT !!!
