TS, try plugging in the cable from the modem to your com... see if any prob.. if no prob then smth has to do with ur router

I tried it directly to my laptop also limited connectivity ... Hi... missed your this reply. Ok .. I called Starhub aout 2 weeks ago and they say nothing is wrong with the line and it is probably my pc. I asked to speak to the manager and they cut me off after 20 minutes of wait. They just do a reset from their end. Then it get connected. After a few hours, still got the same problem, no connectivity. Later in the nigh I call them again and they say is my pc problem. I told them I got one pcs and three laptops, all got problem ? I asked them to reset again and till now I can use the internet with lan wire. ( one pc only ). yesterday I tried with my the other laptops, all cannot work .. sigh ... please note, before I posted this problem, I do not have any problem with my laptop using wireless ..Originally posted by kenn3th:try to say out your true problem.
