  my windows clock shows the time in a 24 hour format.. how to change to the 12 hour one.. pm/am

  control panel > regional and language options > time tab > time format.. lower case h for 12 hour

  just beside there is a day option.. u can go there and switch

  Manually type in the letters. It works.
  
  Or just replace the clock.
