STARHUB Vs SINGTEL

Yesterday Strait Times got both advertisment. Which one is a better deal? I am confused and do not know what to choose... any help ?

Singnet also kena problem, starhub sometimes must depend area u stand in for the cable traffic. So Pacnet stands out.
Myself using singnet, but now still under contract so lan lan..

If you download anime, go with PacNet.
Else if you often download movies and music at wee hours, go with StarHub.
Else go with SingNet. -

I was with singnet for many years .. but their customer service sucks, so change to star hub... always got drop line and then very slow. mine is maxonline 12 mbps . . . Starhub - stable but traffic jam
SingNet - no traffic jam but unreliable connection -

Oh yea , u use singetl will get SGF withdrawal symtoms de , easily cannot access internet after 1 hour can for like awhile then cannot. ...

finally someone from pac-net ... a question to us... when I change from Singtel to Starhub, I need to change the wireless router ... similarly if I now change to pac net, do I have to change the router? Singnet - if use 3rd party products and configure correctly, it's stable and fast.
Starhub - if you stay in an area where there aren't many people subscribed to Starhub, it's fast and stable. My cousins use Starhub and live around those areas, and they always boast how much faster. Only make me jealous nia.
Pacnet - technology used is the same as Singnet, stable and fast. But price a tad higher. -
U know...I thought Pacnet leased broadband connection from Singnet lines...thus the higher cost...

If I'm not wrong, all network infrastructure in SG are owned by Singnet. Starhub may have her own infrastructure, but I'm not so sure. The lawsuit is already settled, but I haven't read up much.
