create partition in windows vista

  Hey guys need some detailed and urgent help man,please help me out.
  
  I am at the moment installing Windows Vista Ultimate on my PC and i gotta create a partition,that means have 2 drives ar.My hard disk size is 120GB,so each partition 60GB.Can i partition it after having installed Windows Vista Ultimate?
